So, apparently aside from the stuff we already have to do for this Russia thing, may additional pa.:| Here they are:

FOOD FESTIVAL c/o food committee

* Prepare at least one dish (good for 5 people) to be brought to the canteen front on Nov. 11 at exactly 12:10
* The food must be on a tray. Must have the ff. labels on a 1/8 short bond, type written and with stand:

1. name of country
2. name of food/s
3. year and section

o one member of food committee must stay and facilitate in food tasting

o prepare food stubs good for the number of servings of food (ex. 20 stubs for 20 servings of tacos) These will be given to the Soc Sci teacher on Nov. 9 to be distributed , in random, to different people coming from other batches.
o Provide tissue/ paper plates, (spoon and fork, if needed)




PARADE

* We must have one representative for the parade (Nov. 11 at exactly 12:10)
* The representative must wear the traditional costume of assigned country
* Must also wear a sash stating the country being represented
* The representative must be at the SCT office at exactly 12 nn. Already in dress and make-up. Only the representative is allowed in the SCT office. NO P.A.
* Parade Path: admin lane – 2nd floor – 4th floor – bubble bridge – 4th floor (annex 1) – pathway (valle verde side) in between main bldg and annex 1- canteen front surrounding tables for the food festival.
